Last Sunday we looked at what has to be one of the most sickening blood thirsty stories of the Old Testament. It reminds us of how deep us people can sink. It also reminds us that a consequence of the fall (Gen 3) is that women will desire their husbands, but their husbands will rule over them.

It is great to know that God has a plan. In Jesus we see a kingdom where men and women are both joint heirs (Gal 3:28).
