RPC rents out rooms in a house in Payten St, Putney. It is near shops and parks and the water and very big mansion like houses! We have one larger room vacant at the moment for $130 a week. It is large and has a built in wardrobe.

We also have a smaller one that looks like being vacant soon. It is smaller without a built in wardrobe and rents for $110 a week.

Water and electricity is included in the rent. There is no phone connected as our tenants usually have their own mobile phone.
